What it is
A frame-dedup pipeline for short dynamic video: it extracts frames, collapses near-duplicates with a custom changed-fraction diff, flags hard cuts, and renders click-to-zoom contact-sheet HTML.
Why I built it
Motion references cut too fast to study. First real run: 9,187 frames in, 1,475 distinct states out.
