AI product design: onboarding assistant + agentic triage
An AI agent that walks new admins through setup (shipped to production) and an agentic assistant that triages attendance issues with confidence-scored bulk approvals (prototype).
Problem
New admins faced a cold, complex setup; ops teams drowned in attendance exceptions no human could triage at volume.
Outcome
Assistant MVP shipped to production; agentic triage validated as a prototype against a real Claude-backed agent before any UI was drawn.
The problem
Two ends of the same rope: getting a company into the product (setup assistant) and keeping its data trustworthy at scale (attendance triage). Both are judgment tasks that don't survive being turned into forms.

Outcome
The onboarding assistant MVP shipped to production with created_from: ai/manual instrumented — the adoption number is coming, not claimed early. The triage assistant proved out as a working prototype.
