Design system rebuild for white-label theming

A token-driven rebuild that let one component library serve three brands and dark mode through token indirection — no per-brand forks.

Problem

One product had to become three branded products, plus dark mode — and the component library hardcoded its colors.

Three brands and dark mode served from one token core, with token→CSS-variable literacy shared across design and front-end.

The problem

White-label isn't a theme toggle. Every hardcoded color, radius, and typeface in the component library was a contract with exactly one brand.
