Task-based onboarding — an owner home that turns setup CTAs into data, a setup wizard, and feature selection at sign-up.
Problem
Owners landed in an empty product with no path from sign-up to first value.
Outcome
Measured~97.9% of new companies land through the guided get-started path.
The problem
An empty workforce-management product is a dead end: nothing to see until you've configured pay rules, schedules, and people. The first session decided everything, and it was blank.
