- Redesigned the Interviewer Availability calendar from form-driven UI to direct manipulation — one customer reported time-to-hire dropping from 20 to 13 days on it.
- Applicant tracker with inline SMS triage, and a new mass-outreach module with a multilingual template library.
- Application completion rose from 62% to 86% on the redesigned chatbot in third-party panel research.
- Post-acquisition: rebranded the product suite to HireVue guidelines and designed a next-generation chatbot with NLP, video interviewing, and automatic screening.
