Four years owning design across an HR & payroll platform — the white-label design system, payroll closure, self-serve onboarding, and AI assistants — over web, mobile, and kiosk.
- Initiated and led a token-first design system spanning four surfaces from one foundation — web, iOS, Android, kiosk — with white-label themes as files, not forks. The admin platform reached 85% adoption of the new system.
- Redesigned payroll closure end to end; companies closing monthly payroll rose 3.5× (838 → 4,316).
- Designed self-serve onboarding for a platform never built for it — cohort time-to-first-punch fell from 4.2 days to 1.2.
- Built the responsive mobile-web admin platform 0→1, solo, in two brand themes.
- Led three AI initiatives — an attendance assistant, a conversational onboarding agent prototyped against a real model, and auto-fill punches.
