- Built the prototype, pitched at a Kyiv incubator's Startup Battle, and closed investment after an audience-pitch counter-offer.
- Prioritised product iteration over early customers; the investor stopped funding before the agreed amount was deployed. The lesson priced in here — validate demand before polish — shows up in every product decision since.
