Built a design practice from the ground up at a Rails agency — grew the team to five — while designing client products hands-on: Instagenius, SalesValue, SwiftComply, Fuzu's B2B ATS.
- Assembled and grew the design team to five, established workflows, processes, and documentation, and allocated workload across client projects.
- Led Instagenius — an influencer-marketing platform — from IA and wireframes through final design, directly with the founder.
- Designed SwiftComply's compliance-services marketplace from scratch; the product was later named Water Utilities Compliance Management Software of the Year 2025.
- Sole designer on Fuzu's B2B ATS redesign — the engagement that later became a direct re-engagement.
